Helaku - Male Wolf
Wachiwa - Female Wolf
Mori - Male Wolf
Location: Clover Lawn
----
Helaku
Helaku continued trotting at a heft pace, though he did acknowledge that Mori could accompany him if he wished. The direction he was going was for the southern border of the territory. "Said too much," he muttered as he trotted through the clovers. "I never should have returned...I'll have to remeet with Niyt and Anoki soon..I'm still bound to them." He was, more or less, voicing his own thoughts to keep them straight, his demeanor quite reserved though tensely calmer than at the tree. "Just like last time...hadn't even met the Alphas and ran into trouble."
Mori
Mori shakes his head slightly as he pads alongside Helaku "You'll have to excuse my sister, she has a tendency to decide what she thinks the truth or situation is without knowing the full story" his nose wrinkling slightly "I also wish to thank you for looking out for Niyt" his reasoning for doing so not being mentioned tho.
Wachiwa
Ears drooping, and tail slightly tucked, Wachiwa is following just behind Mori and Helaku, wether the two care initially or not; she's doing so quietly, but with purpose. At long last, she finally speaks up, murmuring softly: "Helaku..? May I speak with you? I want to apologise.." she pauses, then sighs. "... To both of you, Mori. I just.. I shouldn't have been so blunt, but.. I feel like everythign I do with the pups is a failure. I was supposed to be watching them when their parents.. .. And I was supposed to be watching them when the strange wolf came.. and I was supposed to be watching them when Ikuna was taken..." She.. sighs. "And Mori.. I was upset with you because what you did to Lupin.. But.. After all this, after having to watch the pups, having to keep Shawnee from running away out of fear of suddenly being an Alphaess.. I can see... You were no more adult then than I am now.. You couldn't have known what your actions would do.. And I'm sorry.."
Helaku
"It is bad form to speak ill of the departed, but it is truth," he said. Upon the mention of Niyt's name he came to a stop and got his first good look at Mori. Perhaps he had feelings for her, or was related by some means. "My word is to companion with her and her brother, protect them until they return home...to be honest...until I met her I had no direction at all or purpose in life." He knew he was being unusually open about himself, something Helaku didn't care for but Mori had joined him. "The Miakoda sent me out to find my father because they didn't want me to become an Alpha due to corruption and a sudden anti-trust against Ute philosophy...and I didn't fit in in Alpha Skelaghe's later years due to certain wolves being present..." He was about to continue when Wachiwa caught up to them. The white-eyed wolf wasn't exactly angry at Wachiwa herself, but rather the fact the same mentality for whatever reason had come out tonight. "There is something to discuss, Wachiwa?"
Mori
Mori dips his head in acknowledgement but before he can start to question him turns his attention to his sister as she starts to speak "your apology is accepted sister" A soft smile appearing on his lips as he leans forward to offer her cheek a gentle nuzzle "Amongst Hinto, me and Lupin tho the situation has been resolved in such a way that everybody is happy, something I hope the pack won't ruin.
Wachiwa
There's a sigh as Mori nuzzles in, and Wachiwa admits: "Many of the pack still see it for the wrong you did, Mori, because you not only slept with another's heartmate, but the act itself, without permission of the Alphas, was.. well.. Against the oldest of laws. But Having learned how hard it is to suddenly HAVE to be an adult, I can see now, what went wrong was not entirely your fault.. Lupin, too, should have known better. I want you to forgive me for the hateful words I said.. Because we'll always be brother and sister, and in the end, we are all family under the Sun and Moon together," She smiles at Mori.. before turning to Helaku.. and ducking her head a bit mpore, ears back, posture slipping. "Helaku... Please.. do not judge me by a moment of anger spurred by fear. Judge me for who I am on a whole. You ask for that judgement from others... Can you not give the same in return?" She gives him a weak, asking smile.. though truely looks as if she's ready to run away hurt.
Helaku
He didn't judge her, only the moment though she couldn't read minds. Someone taking a ducking posture towards him, putting him in a situation to actually decide the outcome of something? "Never was you," he said. "It is the reaction. My father ran into the same problem with you-know-who...I ran into the same problem with her. History continues to repeat itself. That is why I'm trotting."
Mori
Mori sighs deeply. "And if i could change the past I likely would have but at the same time if I had known then what I know now...I likely would have repeated the 'crime'" The last word spoken with some disdain. "Lupin and Hinto has what they have sought for ages and in the end that is all that matters to me." His lips quirking upward slightly. "Interestingly enough one thing all this has taught me is that if one truly loves something then one should let it go." If he is refering to Lupin or the pup tho isn't specificied. A warm smile then offered Wachiwa as he chuckles wryly "And you always had my forgiveness chewie, as you said we are brother and sister and I could never be truly angry with you."
Wachiwa
Licking at Mori's ears, Chewy murmurs, "At least you know now.. And you are standing up and taking care of what you did. The pups are beautiful, Mori.. I'm sad you got to be the first to have pups though. Envy, I guess," teases Wachiwa softly, before looking again to Helaku, and sighing. "Does it have to be this way, though, Helaku? I think.. Maybe, you might have a better chance of getting along with people.. if you would stop compairing us to the people you met in your past, and let us show you who we really are. You come here assuming that because Asku is Wyanet's Blood, that he is tainted. He is Wyanet's blood.. But he is also still young, and there is time enough for him to learn. You also speak of the kindness my parents knew of your father. Helaku, my mother is gone, my brother and I, and our sister, we are prone to mistakes. We can only learn things from our parents, but in the end we also have to be ourselves. " She smiles slightly, and skulks a little closer, trying to nuzzle at Helaku's shoulder, before attempting to tug at his scarf: "Throw away the past, look forward to the future. We do not need sun marks on our bodies, or to worship the sun to be good wolves, any more than some wolves do not need a moon on their bodies or to worship the night to be bad. Niyt's pack come out only at night, you know, because of the desert heat."
Helaku
When Wachiwa tugged at the scarf it came right off. It wasn't there just because a human had put it there, but for another reason entirely. Beneath that scarf had been hidden from prying eyes his neck and shoulders a mess, an absolute mess where the fur growth was stunted by an injury near fatal that left massive scaring visible through the fur. It looked the work of animals yet something else, something not so natural. The entire point hidden by the scarf told of fights, struggles..or one huge incident in which he fought that left him with the old wounds. He was attractive for a male, but now with his scarf off, he looked diseased, even a tad atrophied about the neck and shoulders when he was perfectly fine. He only listened to Wachiwa, his tenseness slowly melting away, or maybe the scarf being off was something that rendered him silent out of not knowing what to expect from them seeing the state of his body.
Mori
Mori resists the urge to blink and stare and instead gives it a casual glance before ignoring it as there is nothing wrong with having serious wounds and to some might even be something honored "Niyt's pack is quite facinating I will admit that much, I learned much in the time I spent there" His head leaning into the licks quite enjoying the nearness with his sister "and thank you sister."
Wachiwa
The appearance of these disfigurements is a slight surprise to Wachiwa... but not one that freaks her out. Instead, holding the scarf a moment, she dips her head to let it lay on her paws where it not get dirty. Well, it'll get dusty from her paws, but, yeah. Her features soften, as she leans in to clean at his face is fo allowed without being snapped at, "We are different from the Ute you know, Helaku. But that difference is a good thing, because we are young, and we can grow, and learn. Look at you; you surely must have the wisdom of ages past to give to younglings. You could stay, could help bring them up. Yes, they are of Wyanet's blood, and yes, some are quick to anger. But.. they are young. The death of a parent at that age takes time to heal." She .. sighs, and then adds, "When we were their age, our parents passed on as well, Mori and I. I admit I became.. distant, then. I started to listen to the spirits.. And they have always had answers. I think if you were to speak to the spirits all around us, Helaku, maybe you could find an answer, too."
